I work 1:1, teach Mindfulness,  healing courses and hold regular meditation classes.  I work as a Life Coach, helping you to identify and make changes in your life, a Kinesiologist to balance your body, an energy healer to realign your energies and a Meditation teacher to help you to deal with stress, negative thoughts and deepen your relationship with yourself.

I also teach Mindfulness in the workplace. If your company is looking to bring Mindfulness into your office, I offer a range of lunchtime, after work and team building days.

Whatever you’re looking for in the area of self care, self acceptance and dealing with life, I hope that there is something here for you. I have recorded a number of healing meditations for you to listen to a free newsletter that you can sign up to a downloadable workbook entitled “5 simple ways to deal with stress” and a host of articles and blog entries that you can browse. During the course of the evening you will be guided through a healing meditation and to increase your connection to Reiki, you also will receive a Reju (a Reiki boost) and you will get to both receive and practise giving a healing.

Join Roseleen and Ellie on this experiential journey of Conscious Awakening.

If you are or have in the past, met resistance or fear, then this day will be of value to you. We will show you how to welcome these 2 little gems, celebrate their presence and move through them with ease.

This part of the journey focuses on the magic of transformation and the gifts that are held in our blocks as we learn how to meet them, understand them and work through them.

The invitation is to allow ourselves to step away from ‘fighting’ the darkness (fear, lower emotions, inner critic etc) and move towards rediscovering the presence of light.

We will learn how to move from the head to the heart and also to the forgotten gut (sacral chakra) and to tap into the wisdom that is held within these areas. We will delve deeper into healing our inner child. Not least, we will explore how aligning to the cycles of life can bring us peace as we learn that everything has a natural cycle.

We will also show you how to invite transformation into your life, how to move your relationship with yourself to a different vibration and we will show you some very powerful simple practises for inviting forgiveness into your life.

Next up in our popular series of Meditation evenings held approximately every 3 weeks
Roseleen & Ellie invite you to an evening of healing, meditation and reflection to fill you from the inside out.
We often rush from task to task, so much that the end of one task is just an invitation to start another. There are no gaps in between in which we we could take even a few seconds to sit, take stock, to realise that we have completed something. So often at the end of a day we hear ourselves say, “I haven’t achieved anything at all today”? Usually the days we say this is when things are at their busiest but we don’t take time to pause and reflect.
 
Are you:
– trying to push through the tiredness or even exhaustion
– rushing from one task to another
– trying to just keep going
– trying to do it all at once
– trying to keep all the plates spinning in the air
– trying to be everything to everyone…
 
If you feel you are running low on energy or even hitting ’empty’ give yourself permission to rest. Really, it’s ok.
 
Down the tools for an evening and join us where you get to refuel, replenish, rest and reflect.
 
This is a time out for you to listen to what your body is telling you, to listen to the whispers within, to check in with where you are on all levels (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually), to become aware of how you fill your cup.

Mindfulness is for everyone and all walks of life. If you’re stressed, anxious, worried, busy and you would like to feel calmer, be more in control, enjoy life and be present to the here and now, the this course might just be for you.

Commencing Monday 24th April for 8 weeks, (breaking for the May Bank Holiday, 1st May and the June Bank Holiday, 1st June), ending on Monday 26th June there are two options:

  • 6 to 7pm or
  • 7:30 to 8:30pm

Over the course of the 8 weeks we will be exploring all the gifts of Mindfulness: how it has proven to be an effective tool in the management of stress, physical healing and emotions.

 Topics covered will include:
* What mindfulness is exactly
* The scientific proof
* How to interweave it into your life
* What it isn’t: dispelling the myths
* How to bring it into workplace
* Using mindfulness to manage emotions
* The body scan for a restful nights sleep
* Connecting to, befriending and working with your body to achieve all you wish

* How to cultivate self-compassion and reduce self criticism and self sabotage.

I have been teaching Mindfulness both in private practice and in the corporate arena for the last 5 years. I am passionate about the benefits of Mindfulness as it has changed my own life so profoundly. I know the power of this practise.
 
The classes will be tailored to suit the group, handouts will be provided as well as support if required in between classes. Also, each week you will receive a guided meditation for you to use in between classes specifically recorded by me for the group.
