Thank you for finding your way to my site. I hope you find the information useful to you. Whatever brought you here I invite you to stay a while, browse and if you feel that I can help you then please contact me.

I work 1:1, teach Mindfulness,  healing courses and hold regular meditation classes.  I work as a Life Coach, helping you to identify and make changes in your life, a Kinesiologist to balance your body, an energy healer to realign your energies and a Meditation teacher to help you to deal with stress, negative thoughts and deepen your relationship with yourself.

I also teach Mindfulness in the workplace. If your company is looking to bring Mindfulness into your office, I offer a range of lunchtime, after work and team building days.

Whatever you’re looking for in the area of self care, self acceptance and dealing with life, I hope that there is something here for you. I have recorded a number of healing meditations for you to listen to a free newsletter that you can sign up to a downloadable workbook entitled “5 simple ways to deal with stress” and a host of articles and blog entries that you can browse. Hopefully you will find something that will give you some inspiration or if you’d like to make an appointment you can contact me at Ellie@xhale.ie or phone me at 086 682 4401.

I look forward to hearing from you

Conscious Awakening: A Path to Living an Intentional Life
Feb 26 @ 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

A series of 4 x 1 day workshops that you can take as a unit or as standalone. If you’re looking to make a change in your life then there is a part of you that is ready to awaken. To wake up to a different way of being or belief. While we all have many of these moments in our life, we often get stuck, not sure how to really integrate that into all or any area of our lives.

Over the course of these 4 workshops we will show you how to navigate the path from awakening (ie you want something to change, have a light bulb moment or have an awareness that you want something different but don’t quite know what that means or what it looks like)  through transformation ( Sunday 2nd April) into Integration (Sunday 28th May) and finally Celebration: embodying the Light (Saturday 17th June)

We have many of these moments throughout our lives so our intention is to teach you how to navigate the different stages easily and with grace so that by the end you will have a roadmap so to speak of what to do and how to invite more awakenings into your life.

Are you?

  • You’re looking for a new way (your way) to live your life
  • You’re looking to go deeper into that which you already know
  • You feel there is a separation between that which you ‘know’ and ‘embodiment’
  • You’ve been attending courses, reading books but feel stuck
  • You’re on a spiritual journey but are feeling stuck with where you are or feel you are going in circles.
  • You’ve been on this path for some time but aren’t quite sure how to bring it into your everyday life. Your spirituality is in effect, a separate thing to your everyday living.
  • You thought that the spiritual path should always be ‘easy’, that once ‘awakened’ everything would change
  • You are finding it hard to integrate your healing
  • You are getting stuck in the transformation e.g. your fear wins, you don’t know how to move through it
  • You are looking to learn how to find the answer within yourself so you can be empowered

Full details of what this course can offer you can be found here: http://www.xhale.ie/conscious-awakening-a-path-to-living-an-intentional-life/

Circle of Wellness: Filling up your cup
Feb 28 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Next up in our popular series of Meditation evenings held approximately every 3 weeks
Roseleen & Ellie invite you to an evening of healing, meditation and reflection to fill you from the inside out.
We often rush from task to task, so much that the end of one task is just an invitation to start another. There are no gaps in between in which we we could take even a few seconds to sit, take stock, to realise that we have completed something. So often at the end of a day we hear ourselves say, “I haven’t achieved anything at all today”? Usually the days we say this is when things are at their busiest but we don’t take time to pause and reflect.

Are you:
– trying to push through the tiredness or even exhaustion
– rushing from one task to another
– trying to just keep going
– trying to do it all at once
– trying to keep all the plates spinning in the air
– trying to be everything to everyone…

If you feel you are running low on energy or even hitting ’empty’ give yourself permission to rest. Really, it’s ok.

Down the tools for an evening and join us where you get to refuel, replenish, rest and reflect.

This is a time out for you to listen to what your body is telling you, to listen to the whispers within, to check in with where you are on all levels (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually), to become aware of how you fill your cup.

Align with the seasons: Spring Equinox
Mar 21 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Our ancestors marked the turning of the seasons through their observation of the natural world and each of the 8 significant days on the Wheel has certain myths, traditions and ceremonies associated with it. We have created special events themed around these 8 days to harness the energies of these times in nature. They are listed below, please contact us to book your place Ellie 086 682 4401 ellie@xhale.ie or Roseleen 086 889 8433 info@thethirstysoul.com

The 8 significant dates are:

Imbolc Thurs 2nd Feb
Spring Equinox Tues 21st Mar
Bealtaine Thurs 4th May
Summer Solstice – Ceremony & Ritual Sun 18th June (10-12.30)
Summer Solstice Tues June 20th
Lughnasha Tues 8th Aug
Autumn Equinox Thurs 21st Sept
Samhain Tues 7th Nov
Winter Solstice Thurs 14th Dec & Sun 17th Dec (10-12.30)

The power of the Sun is increasing, the days are lengthening and the nights are shortening. We begin to feel empowered to reach out for what we want and to take risks, strike out on our own, go for walks and connect to the Earth again. This evening we will meditation on, reflect and chat about the themes of the Spring Equinox, the first day of Spring, when day and night are equal in both hemispheres. All of nature is stirring now and showing signs of activity after the Winter sleep. Buds are bursting on the trees, Spring flowers are coming out and seeds are germinating.

We can use the potential and fertility of this time to create opportunities for positive change in our lives and in the world. At this point we are poised between opposite forces, light and dark, receptive and active, unconscious and conscious, inner and outer. These can be united within us so that we are whole and balanced individuals. This gives birth to actions that come from the heart.

This evening event will guide you on how to do just this. So joins us – email ellie@xhale.ie or text 086 682 4401
