I work 1:1, teach Mindfulness, healing courses and hold regular meditation classes. I work as a Life Coach, helping you to identify and make changes in your life, a Kinesiologist to balance your body, an energy healer to realign your energies and a Meditation teacher to help you to deal with stress, negative thoughts and deepen your relationship with yourself.
I also teach Mindfulness in the workplace. If your company is looking to bring Mindfulness into your office, I offer a range of lunchtime, after work and team building days.
Whatever you’re looking for in the area of self care, self acceptance and dealing with life, I hope that there is something here for you. I have recorded a number of healing meditations for you to listen to a free newsletter that you can sign up to a downloadable workbook entitled “5 simple ways to deal with stress” and a host of articles and blog entries that you can browse. This will be a morning to get together and meet like minded people. Its for anyone who’s trained in any level of Reiki and any lineage. During the course of the evening you will be guided through a healing meditation and to increase your connection to Reiki, you also will receive a Reju (a Reiki boost) and you will get to both receive and practise giving a healing.

If you are or have in the past, met resistance or fear, then this day will be of value to you. We will show you how to welcome these 2 little gems, celebrate their presence and move through them with ease.
This part of the journey focuses on the magic of transformation and the gifts that are held in our blocks as we learn how to meet them, understand them and work through them.
The invitation is to allow ourselves to step away from ‘fighting’ the darkness (fear, lower emotions, inner critic etc) and move towards rediscovering the presence of light.
We will learn how to move from the head to the heart and also to the forgotten gut (sacral chakra) and to tap into the wisdom that is held within these areas. We will delve deeper into healing our inner child. Not least, we will explore how aligning to the cycles of life can bring us peace as we learn that everything has a natural cycle.
We will also show you how to invite transformation into your life, how to move your relationship with yourself to a different vibration and we will show you some very powerful simple practises for inviting forgiveness into your life.
€130 per workshop deposit €75 to secure your place. A comprehensive manual and workbook is included.
