This Samhain, Roseleen & Ellie invite you to join them to mark this occasion and turning point in the cycle of the year.

According to the ancient culture of this land, Samhain is the end of the year, New years as such and the last gasp of summer…….. a time of release; a time to let go of all unwanted baggage, fears and attitudes, just as the trees let go of their leaves.

We live in a busy world, constantly on the go never being able to find the time to just be. Thisevening is an opportunity to breath, to be,to connect and create timeout for yourself to step away and switch off from the world and come back to your soul.

So let’s join in circle and welcome the energies of Samhain.We will be guiding you through 2 healing meditations as well as group discussions and meeting like minded people.

We invite you to join us in this especially poignant time for planting new seeds as we take time to pause, discover and plant the qualities we wish to cultivate within. It is in the darkness and stillness that seeds are planted, nurtured, cared for and left to grow.

As we begin to move toward the changing of the seasons (Winter Solstice 21st Dec), nature is at its darkest and the earth is in a state of rest and renewal. Solstice means ‘to stand still’ and we too can feel the need for a quiet space to reflect and even hibernate.

Words will never do justice for what can be experienced, released and welcomed in when we gather in circle for healing as it’s pure magic. However, here’s an idea of what you will go home with:

Reiki Level II was a beautiful weekend of like minded friends sharing a lovely atmostphere, the ultimate treat! the difference between my practice from Level I to Level II is really tangible and I found it really worthwhile in terms of self development. Marie

Went back to Ellen for Reiki Level 2 having done Level 1 with her a few months ago. I had high expectations for the weekend and I wasn’t disappointed. I can’t recommend it enough. Ellen creates a lovely relaxed atmosphere where you can ask questions at every stage. She provided really useful manuals and allows plenty of time to practise what she taught us and ask any questions we had. Can’t wait to use all I have learnt!! Paula

Mindfulness is the practice of coming to the present moment, with full acceptance and non judgement. In our mindfulness practice we continuously come to the present moment. Why? Well it’s the only moment that we have. The future is but
