I work 1:1, teach Mindfulness, healing courses and hold regular meditation classes. I work as a Life Coach, helping you to identify and make changes in your life, a Kinesiologist to balance your body, an energy healer to realign your energies and a Meditation teacher to help you to deal with stress, negative thoughts and deepen your relationship with yourself.
I also teach Mindfulness in the workplace. If your company is looking to bring Mindfulness into your office, I offer a range of lunchtime, after work and team building days.
Whatever you’re looking for in the area of self care, self acceptance and dealing with life, I hope that there is something here for you. On this evening we will be contemplating the energies of Beltaine.
How often have you completed something and before you know it, you are rushing onto the next thing. If we do this without taking a pause to acknowledge all we have experienced, then we may miss the moment. Beltane is one of those beautiful moment – like the pause between the inhale and the exhale. It is the midpoint between Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice.
The light at this time of year is now strong enough and bright enough to begin to reach into all of the corners of our lives. The active energy, aliveness and new beginnings that we felt ignited at the Spring Equinox now takes on a feeling of expansiveness and we joyfully stretch and turnour faces towards the sun.
The main themes of this time of year are: Creativity, passion, unity, play, lightness, pleasure, blessing, abundance and fertility, ie the celebration of life.
