My name is Ellen Shilling and I'm fully qualified, licensed and registered Life Coach, Reiki Master & Teacher, TAT Professional and Kinesiologist, with many years experience in this field. I hold an Honours degree from Trinity College Dublin. I am a member of the Kai (Kinesiology association of Ireland), and a member of ARCHTI (Association of Registered Complementary Health Therapists of Ireland) and strictly adhere to all of their guidelines and regulations both as a practitoner and as a teacher.

Directions by Dart:
Get the Dart to Blackrock Station. Follow the road up towards the town centre, when you reach the traffic lights, take a left. You’ll pass by Tony & Guy, Supermacs and then Bank of Ireland all on your left. Take the road to the left and I’m a couple of doors down on the right hand side, number 57. (beside Cloney Audio).
Directions by Car:
From the City Centre:
Take the lower road out from town, passing By Vincents Hospital, The Tara Towers Hotel, The Punchbowl Pub and Blackrock Clinic . After this you’ll pass a park on your left, take the slip road off the main road towards the village, (if you pass by Superquinn Shopping centre you’ve missed the turn, don’t worry though, you can take the next turn!)
As you’re driving through the main street you’ll see Starbucks on your left hand side, Café Java on you r right and Bank of Ireland on the left at the end of the road.
There is plenty of parking all around Blackrock and in the shopping centres. Park the car and walk up the main street with Bank of Ireland on your left. Follow the road off to the left towards the library, Within 30 – 40 metres you’ll pass the Carter Beauty shop. I’m more or less opposite this, number 57. (beside Cloney Audio). There’s a buzzer outside with my name on it
