After 10 years working as a Science graduate in IT (yes, that’s a story
in itself!), I decided that it was time to do something a
little more meaningful.
I personally have experienced the benefits of holistic therapies and
so I wanted to be able to bring them to you, to take the mystical out of
the magical, to make it accessible so that you can witness for yourself
how they can help you to live your life.
I have studied a number of these therapies such as Life Coaching,
Mindfulness, Shamanic work, Kinesiology, TAT, Reiki, Seichim,
Magnified healing and a host of other courses.
Each session will be tailored so that you are offered the best aspects
of all of these courses, hours, and over 12 years of experience.
I run comprehensive 8 week
courses for those who wish to fully explore mindfulness.
