This week we look at how to deal with resistance, why it's actually a good sign and a story of when it showed up for me. Resistance shows up in all aspects of our lives from self sabotage on healthy eating diets, to shying away from anything that takes you out of your comfort zone, none of us are immune to it. What's important is how you deal with it and this week I will show you how.
