Welcome to Stage 3: The Present Moment
“Few of us ever live in the present. We are forever anticipating what is to come or remembering what has gone.”
This now completes Stage 3! I was going to record another audio and formal prctice for you but then I started listing all that we have covered over the past 6 weeks and I thought that 4 audios, 1 video, 4 formal practices and a Monday morning group meditation session were enough for this stage!
We have covered lots to do with living in the present moment. From dispelling the "i'll be happy when" myth, mindfully dealing with anxiety, the value of an anchor point for a moment of mindfulness in your day, how to use mantras and more but again don't worry as I will be reviewing all the information tonight on our zoom call.
Next week we will begin Stage 4: Befriending and Gratitude, which is a really lovely stage to be exploring especially at this point in our mindfulness journey together.
